I'm so mad I don't even want to talk about that PMPS. I know it isn't a high number, but I was really hoping we could try a trial soon. I just don't know where it came from. It has been months and months since we were even close to a number that high. The reading flashed up on the screen and my stomach just dropped. I'm going to go tell myself it's okay and he's healthy and I should be happy (and trust me I am happy just frustrated tonight) :twisted:

If only we could wish our kitties healthy...

This condo turned out more of a therapy session for me...as I look over at Trouble happily looking out his window!

I'm so sorry, Carrie. Our expectations can really be cause disappointment sometimes. So the standard questions are how old is your pen, infection, or could Trouble have gotten into hc food? Then, this is just a blip, one number. He'll get back on track. Wishing you and Trouble more green. :mrgreen:

interesting. First of all, it's just one number so try to brush it off. Second, try to get some spot checks tonight (I know you always do). Maybe we can figure out where this came from.

I didn't see a start date on SS

like seeing the fat drop dose on kitties here.
it can take a little while, I thought I'd never see the end of the blues @-)
but Trouble looks good either way, both inside and out :razz:

Started new vial on August 17th.

Trouble ate his snack at +9 today when DH came home. I used to think his higher pre shots were due to eating too close to shot time and were more of a food spike. Now I am just unsure!

Should I go back to the .1 dose?

I'll get a +3 in an hour.

Don't touch the dose yet. Like Libby said, it's one number. It could be due to anything -- Trouble got spooked, he ate a donut, he's a cat and he thought you were too complacent -- who knows? Get another test at around +3 or +4 and see where he's at.

But I am glad to see a drop at +3 last nite, barely blue - good signs Carrie!
