10/19 Rusty PMPS 91, +4.5 104

Good Morning, Everyone,

It was snowing like mad when we got up this morning and since then we have had "mixed" precipitation, fleeting sun, snow, and wind. Conditions change from minute to minute. Rusty ventured outside for about a minute! He had a good night after his plunge into the deep end of the lagoon. I tested him at +6.5 and he was safely at 80, so we all went back to sleep. He finished most of his nighttime food about an hour before we got up. This morning we had a nice schmooze/snooze on the sofa. And since then he's been sitting on the radiator, or on his perch over the radiator. Need I say that the radiators are on?!

We cancelled the paddle for tomorrow and are going to try to reschedule it for a week later. This whole week looks like it will be cold and wet. This afternoon we plan to go for a walk in the woods at the VIC and then go to the potluck supper.

YIKES :shock: :shock: :shock: ...opening this condo is almost as scary as seeing a big hairy spider :lol: !!! I hope Rusty shares that radiator with his beans!!!

omg on your weather.... snow already, and those temps! Hard to believe that it didn't really get out of the 30's yesterday (did I read that right?) That is just to cold for October. wow, you win the weather award for today. I hope you had a nice walk at the VIC today. I bet the initial snow this morning was beautiful.

Nice day for Rusty! Good BG's and the radiators are on. lucky kitty!

Bummer on the paddle, that is really too cold to be out in a canoe. I don't blame you one bit. I sure hope you will be able to reschedule when weather is more favorable.

Beautiful day for Rusty - even if he did have to spent it mostly on the radiators. I can see a few kitty planning sessions happening there soon.

You can have the snow. :shock: We'll stick to our unseasonably warm October. Bummer on the cancelled paddle.

Nice numbers for Rusty today. Sorry you had to cancel your paddle. That does seem early for snow, but maybe it's not for your area. I love the snow. That would be great.

Beautiful day today, Rusty! I mean numbers-wise, not weather-wise (although I love snow). ;-)

Sounds warm and snuggly at your house. Sorry about the paddle, though. Hopefully the weather will be more cooperative next week.

Keep up the lovely surfs, Rusty. Don't know if Cinco will join you tonight. He may need to hang in the grotto and let his fur dry out. He was swimming a long time today.
