Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (yum - white Mocha today!), and Happy Wednesday!

Mannie and I are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Linda's Teddy. We hope that there will be comfort for her knowing she was the best bean ever, knowing that Teddy is now reunited with his beloved Bear Man, knowing that Ted is now pain free, whole and healthy again, knowing that all of LL grieves with her. Fly free Ted on wings of gold - land softly at the Bridge. We will miss you, never forget you.

What a difference a day makes :-D :-D ... Mannie had great cycles yesterday - low to mid blues for most of the day, even found the green lagoon with the evening cycle. :cool: :cool: That was such a welcome sight after a few days of "that other color", and a few dips into "that unmentionable color". We shall see how this pans out... I hope he has returned to his blue surfin' days, and put away his trampoline once again. Paws crossed! The possibility of a dose increase still looms.... so what'd'ya think Mannie? You like this dose now? Lubs ya big guy - good job! cat_pet_icon and uh.... that +1 this morning: can we rethink that?

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D He was on a roll yesterday afternoon... HUNGRY for his dinner, and look out anyone who was in his way. :shock: WHACK went the paw - faster than greased lightning! :o :o the poor civvies didn't stand a chance. :roll: :lol: Once the boy was fed?: sweet as apple pie. sheshhhh! Yesterday was a sunny beautiful day here in Edmonds - we even made 65 under clear blue skies. All the furkids were elated that I opened the house up, let them come and go as they pleased. One happy happy group of kitties. Things are fairly normal here this AM: kitty choir with bellows and claws?: check! :o, whack-a-thon over the water dish?: check! :roll: , BJ making sure I did Mannie's test OK?: check! :cool: , nanners tended to and properly arranged?: check! :razz: I guess we can let the day unfold then - all is as it should be. We had a great test feed shoot this morning. Lots of purrs from the Nanner King! Breffis was consumed with gusto, clean late club status maintained. Napping is now in progress, though Mannie is sleeping with one eye opened... he has heard that DGS returns today..... Normalcy in MannieLand.

Have a great day everyone! I am back on DGS duty through Friday. I hope to be able to take him on a river hike today - weather looks promising!! I know I won't get to condos until alt this evening - SORRY! I miss you guys. Be good kitties! Think blue, think green!

Hey everybody! Boy am I ever sad... we have lost so many of our friends... and now Ted. Parties won't be the same without him. I think today we should spend time with our friends, maybe camp out on a beach or sumthin', remember all out departed buddies. We can start to plan out Halloween party, and the remembrance that we will have then for all the GA's. Beach grillin' sounds so good - what'd'ya think? I can picks everybody up? Mannie, we will make dis Halloween a special one dedicated to all those kitties who has been lost this year & ever...I will sing to dem with Rusty & the Kitty Choir, all LL kitties are invited to join, and we will see all our GA brothers & sisters through the veil! How joyful it will be! Dont be sad, dey are wif us in spirit all the time--Lub & Hugs from Me Moonie!

Looks like Mannie is doing better, and we are so glad to see it!!!
Not to worry, No one ever said FD was a predictable disease!! Sorry Pal, but Mannie has been doing exceptionally well for a very long time, maybe not every day, but is well & healthy--That's the goal right?

Hi Mannie, I am so sad that our buddy Ted had to go to the Bridge, but he is now healthy again and reunited with his beloved Bear Man. We will have a wonderful party on Halloween at Camp Stu and remember all of our GAs and also be able to communicate with them through the thin veil. Let's all of us start planning for the party today. I'll be waiting for you to pick me up and we'll find a nice, warm, sunny beach where we all can remember our friends and make plans for the party. Hi Michelle, well, Mannie started out nice there at 149, so Mannie what happened. Like Ella said in my condo, "the only thing predictable is the unpredictable" with these rascals! Hey, maybe he just wanted to give you and Nicholas a permit for the day to go on a river hike. There is always a silver lining from Mannie. I hope Mannie comes down to some nice safe numbers today. enjoy the day with Nicholas, how fun!

Hey Mannie, we have nice beaches here, although it's not as warm right now. My Bean doesn't have a pool though, so let's see where else the spirit may lead us. I know I am so sad, too, with losing too many of our furfriends. Good idea to make plans for Halloween when we will be able to see all our friends thru the veil. I'll be awaiting for ya to pick me up at the curb, Maggie

:YMSIGH: :YMSIGH: the payment for seeing those beautiful greens last night. The permission slip is nice, but don't go overboard with it, buddy! I've been missing so much lately, a lot of it i wish I could have missed entirely. Too many kits have gone behind the veil.

Thanks everyone for visiting Mannie today while I cared for DGS. We went on a river hike today - to the Snoqualmie and Twin Falls. Beautiful morning with lots of sun, though the clouds had taken over by the time we went home. We did about 3 miles, and climbed who knows how much so he could see the falls, before settling in at the river for a while. He really loves thee rivers. Great day!! I will try and post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

I appreciate you stopping by. :-D and yes... the Manster headed the wrong way - the price one pays, as Ann said, for all those lovely greens last night. shesshhhhhh! Did he have to bounce so high? Well, at least it gave me a permission slip to take DGS out to the river, so I thank him for that part of the deal. And yes Roni - you are right: he is well, healthy happy, and that is the main thing, the rest we take as it comes.

And Ann - I am with you... i know on missing some of it entirely. Way too may kits have gone behind the veil.

FRIENDS!!! OK them we are off - and Muffin, don't worry I will picks you up - wait in the window... and Maggie, the same: wait on the curb... we will hang with our friends today, one big cuddle ball like Tess said. Rusty you are a good pal, thanks on Ted. You are right! Moonie you is in charge of the kitty choir, and OK, I won't be sad anymore... promise! Ok!! We are off tot eh beach for a bit, swing by Gracie's catio, hang out together and plan for Halloween!! I kinda wanna do a progressive thing like we did last year - is that cool? I'm not sure why, but the heartwarming image i got from this condo was a big, warm pile of snuggling kitties. :smile:

Thanks Ella! It was a good day - for me, and the little guy. I have found his nitch, so to speak. rivers rule, and he can't get enough of them. :-D and good too I think on Mannie, sow and steady.

oh mannie, glad you came down from your little visit up there close to the RED zone! no more of that! green is your good color, little guy.

it's so hard to lose our little friends. that's the worst part of this whole thing. i'm glad you got away and got to go play with little nicholas. i've never been to snoqualmie falls, but i've seen ads for the lodge there that sound pretty fabulous!

well the punkin just took over my right arm/hand to wash them, so i'm left pointer typing . . :lol: ohmygod_smile cat_pet_icon

Hi Julie - I so agree, and let';s hope that he decides no more visits to the upper floors. :-D The falls are nice! I have never stayed in the lodge, but hear too that it is very nice. The river today was so so beautiful. I will post a few photos tomorrow in Nannie's condo. -- and yes on loosing some of our friends here. That is the hard part. -- and too funny on the left pinter typing! you did good! I have a civvie that will do that too. makes it tough to get a sentence typed... :lol: :lol:
