10/19 Chispa, 156 AMPS, 121 +3.25, 198 PMPS

'Morning everyone! Chispa started the day with a more reasonable (for her) AMPS of 156, after I abandoned the experimental pre-vacation dose of 1.75 and went back up to 2.

I hope that eventually she will be more comfortable with BG in the 60's and not become screamy and ravenous so that I have to load her up with MC and watch her until I know she is back in comfortable (for her) territory. I'm lucky that I can work from home, but what would she do if I wasn't here? I guess if I needed to go out, I could leave her with one dish of LC and one of MC, and leave it to her ancient cat wisdom to choose the meal that her body needed.

May all cats surf safely today

I often wonder how I’d manage if I didn’t mostly work from home. I’ve become braver about going out when he’s trending down, partly because he’s proven fairly stable (famous last words) but I also go wayyyyyy overboard with snacks left out. I often leave up to 4 little bowls with snack portions out and about where i think he is likely to walk by: inside outside, upstairs, downstairs. It’s insanity.

I decided to give her little ears a break and only tested once during the day. Hopefully the 198 is NDW and she'll drift down slowly. At least she stayed on the blue side of 200!
