his pmps was 440. so my take on his spreadsheet is that he was doing better around the 1.75 dose so i think i will now go up to a 1.5 fat for awhile b4 going to 1.75. what do you all think? (or should i back off even further to 1.25 or 1 ?) thanks

Take him back up. It looks like he's staying pretty flat again but still just not low enough in the numbers game.
