yesterday

if there were punkin antics this morning, i must've been too bleary-eyed to see them, but i did notice that anya had a party with the spools of thread that i had left out. i was trying to match the fabric bowls i made yesterday and was sewing upstairs - all my sewing supplies are set up downstairs so i brought up maybe 8 spools of thread. she found the stash and this morning there were spools everywhere. little imp.

it's another beautiful fall day here - all blue sky! there's a dozen things on my to-do list and i'm not sure yet which i'm going to tackle. so beautiful i should do something outside. breakfast first.

Punkin, your mama bean is talking about the beautiful blue sky. How about trying on your pretty blue pjs to match that beautiful sky? It would make mama bean very happy.

I second that idea, Linda. Punkin, we'd like to see you in blue real soon. I hope Anya had a bunch of fun with the spools of thread. Hopefully they didn't unwind?

mr flat cat got a dose increase tonight. i have no idea what's going on. i hate these flat days, but i should be glad he's not zooming and keeping me on the edge of a chair! we're living in backwards land here! so up we go to go down!

i spent another couple of hours on the roof today scraping off more moss. almost got it all, except that section over the 30ish foot drop to the backyard. can't quite bring myself to snuggle up to the roof edge of that part - afraid i might fall off!

You were up on the roof by yourself????? :shock: :shock: That is dangerous!!!!! We have a flat roof with parapets around it so you can't really fall off but it's very high so the climb up is not fun. I won't let Mike get on the ladder without me
holding it for him. Same rule should apply to you!!! ;-) ;-) :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

aw, you're gonna come and hold my ladder? ok! we can have a roof party! you're going to have a REALLY REALLY easy job because the ladder is like a giant step ladder. pretty easy to hold. :lol:
