First off - Hyde is fine but she just gave me the worst scare...

DH is out of town for a meeting. J&H were sleeping on the couch while I was reading. All of a sudden Hyde started twitching and I could not wake her up. Her head was just flopping and I could only see her third eyelid. I hopped up in a panic and the book crashed to the floor. She jumped up with a start. I grabbed her and she started purring - OMG was I scared! Since it was +2, I tested her - all is well but I sure had an adrenaline rush!

That is very scary and sounds like a seizure I would keep a close eye on her and perhaps call the vet tomorrow to see what he/she thinks. I'm glad she seems to be okay now. Sending vines.

I'm glad Hyde is OK.
Tennie gets twitchy sometimes when he is sleeping. Maybe dreaming? I've never tried to wake him up when it happens.
It probably wouldn't hurt to call the vet about it though.

I think it was a dream in a deep sleep. She has been acting completely normal since.

I hope it was just a very deep sleep for Hyde and nothing to worry about. I've noticed the floppy limp head when both Crystal and Tiggy go into a very deep sleep whilst on my lap, I always wake them up to make sure they are okay though, wish I could sleep that deeply!

From yesterday's condo....you don't need a prescription from your vet for R. You can walk up to the pharmacy at Walmart and ask for a vial of Novolin R. I think I paid $35 for it last time I bought it.

I'm glad Hyde was just sleeping deeply.

Today was cycle 4 after the fur shot, so she should be started to work the depot. By the end of tomorrow will be cycle 6. If you don't see blue, I'd increase then.
