Happy Tuesday

Garland is doing good. Caught her in the box her urine ketone test was negative. Ill get a blood meter read a little later on. Shes still being picky about her food, but I remember last time she was like this after she was sick, the pickiness only lasted about a week.

Still hoping for a 0.0 meter read! Fingers crossed we get that today :)

Yesterday

PS- I havent had time to update my spreadsheet with overnight numbers, etc.. Ill do it when I get back from taking Charlotte to MDO

I haven't been posting because I didnt want to interrupt all the needed advice. I've been following along. You two are absolutely amazing and the gang here supporting you through ketones is dynamite. Keep it up!!!!

Hi guys .. I'll be wishing for a 0.0 meter read as well! I hope garland's appy comes back for you but at least you know what happened last time so hopefully it won't last more then a week this time either .. have a great day guys!

Yay for the 0.8!!!!! You are such a great Mom to have caught it early and Garland is one lucky girl!!! GO GARLAND!!!

What a great job Violet of preventing what happened before. It's your attention to sweet Garland that's saved her life two times now!! My continued admiration to you!

Well I was expecting this high number. Over the last hour I have had to chase Garland out of Connicks food stashes in multiple places LOL She even pawed open a drawer to get to his food bowl I had just put up (the one I pick up and put up throughout the day) She then got in the pantry and took a mouthfood of dry food to take and hide, and as I chased her they fell out LOL She was on a mission for some gravy and dried bits today LOL
 
Sounds like Garland and Trix were on the same page today...I had to fight her off the kibble bowls of the other kitties like crazy! If only they would eat what she eats, all of our lives would be so much easier...

What great news that the ketones are continuing to come down and she is feeling like eating!!!

You are her saving grace, Violet. You really, truly are in every literal sense of the words.
