Good morning! I am off today, second in a row, and havent tested much as she has been bouncing. Hopefully we get some action today. I wonder if the depot has drained now from the reduction and thats why she hasnt come down yet. She usually clears the bounces quicker than this. Maybe we go back up a tad? Im still using the last of the old vial that I opened 5/22, because the new vial wasnt bringing her numbers down. Its almost empty, so I will be going back to the new one soon, and see what happens. I may need to just buy a brand new one. The current new one was bought on Craigslist and arrived a little less than room temp. Her pmps+4 last night was 336, down a tad from 340, so I called it a night. Ok, everyone have a great weekend/Caturday!! I will update between errands.

Laura, it looks like she is breaking the bounce. I feel your pain with the insulin questions. The pen I am using arrived at the same temp as yours. It is working. Whether it is the one that I thought wasn't working or another one from the same batch I unfortunately don't know. However it appears that the high numbers were Max and not the insulin. It doesn't help that I might have mixed the two pens up but my gut tells me that the first pen was fine too. You and I have cats that just bounce a lot and it makes us question the insulin or for me anyways my technique. I think it is all Max and Chi Chi. I don't know about you because you are a lot younger than I am but Max is giving me more gray hairs every day. Hang in there. I "think" today will be a good number day. :YMHUG:

Looks like Chi Chi has a little bounce clearing going on this morning. Big drop at +2. Could be busy!

I don't know about you because you are a lot younger than I am but Max is giving me more gray hairs every day.

Hold on there young lady!! Im not so sure about that :lol: me and Miss Clairol go way back!

And yes Max and Chi Chi are very good at bouncing confused_cat

She definitely cleared the bounce! I gave her her small portions regular lc food at +2 and +3.5 and then at + 4.5 we fed her her lc mid day meal. I will get another test shortly.
