Yesterday was...... BLUE day in MannieLand!, with a splash of yellow. ;-) WOOT, WOO HOO, YAY! Rumor has it that the Blue Mannie Group played live on the sunny beaches of San Diego :cool: Well done kitties! It wrote this the day before, but it holds true for yesterday as well: Yesterday was such great day for Mannie, even with the jump into the yellows for the PM cycle. Most of the day was a steady blue cycle - one very pleased bean: the consistency over the past coupe of days has been so nice to see. Keep them coming Mannie. Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D We had some better weather yesterday. YAY! Even some sun! YAY again! Mannie went outside with me to do some yard work. Well I worked, he supervised. I needed to rake some leaves etc and in so doing raked a portion of the brick wall that borders the planting beds. It made the most awful noise. What was so fun was that at the same time I also heard all this ruckus. Seems it was Mannie who had no clue what that noise was, and didn't like it one bit. He FLEW into the house. I didn't know he could move that fast. Those little legs were really running.... :lol: :lol: :lol: Sheshhh Mannie it was just a rake! To add insult to injury I vacuumed right after that, had to move the nanners to do so. :shock: Also had to vacuum right next to his bed. Usually he will leave or find another spot to supervise his nanner stash while I clean, but not yesterday. Then it occurred to me why. There were two nanners still in that bed, placed her by DGS, and no way was he leaving them unguarded. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: You gotta love it. This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a few cuddles. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty through Friday - I will try and get to condos once DGS has gone home for the day. Today we will swim in the morning, and then hopefully we can visit a river or river park. Paws crossed that Mannie gives us a permission slip... I will miss you guys, and your furkids! Hey everybody! WOO HOO - I so lubs San Diego, Maggie has the bestest ever beach. it is so cool! And Tess brought the furrari so we cruised the beach, top down and all. What a great day yesterday. SWEET! What'd'ya guys wanna do today. The tiny humans is here today so i uhhhh kinda wanna get out of here, ya know? Hey you guys wanna go on a ride train? They have one here that goes through the mountains and back and they feed you and everything! Drinks too! Hmmmmm.... I wonder if they'd let us help in the kitchen. What'd'ya think? Woohoo on blue!!! He has had a couple of great days, in spite of the horrible rake and vacuuming incidents. :roll: Good job big guy. I need to get out and rake, but the leaves are just starting to fall so I might as well wait. :lol: Have a great day Michelle!!

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O) That he has - the past three days have been so great, and to have him bounce up to just the yellow was really nice to see. I'm not too sure I can even really call this AM a bounce, so far anyways. Hear you on the raking: yesterday was all the cedar and pine needles that our winds blew down. Now I wait on the maples. My neighbor has HUGE maple - and every year all the leaves fall in my yard. What a mess! on the bright side - Nicholas will love that - lots of leaves to run though. :cool: :-D :-D

Morning Michelle, nice day yesterday for Mannie with the blues and yellows. Hope he has a nice surf and gives a day permit for you and DGS. I love the rake story - sometimes they get something in their ears we don't hear and ZZZINNNG! off they go! It's so funny to watch. Ok, what are nanners? It's been driving me mad trying to figure out what "nanners" stands for. I gather it's cat toys? I can't take it anymore that I can't figure it out! ohmygod_smile

I hope Mannie gives you permission to go out and have some fun, especially since he's apparently planned a day trip for himself and his peeps.

Hey Mannie, come pick me up too? Mamabean has to work from home and I want to break out of this joint. Although I have to take my Cerenia first or I'm really not much fun at all. Perhaps a niptini will settle my belly - LOL! I'm ready for funs! ~Leo

Hi guys .. yay for a blues mannie!! Too funny on him taking off after hearing that noise .. our girls take off like that whenever we pull out a plastic bag from the grocery store .. Not sure what their problem is with it, but they run like their tails are on fire! Hope you have a fun day with Nicholas .. I was just thinking it's been awhile since you've gone to the aquarium .. how do you like that, me planning your trips with Nicholas! :lol:

Hi Ann - Mannie made that one just for you - he had a feeling on the pumpkin spice... :lol: :lol: Mannie did do well today - great numbers to come home, permission slip given for the morning. The rake noise was so funny! laughed for a while on that one. True too on the nanners: protection is paramount! :lol: :lol: And yes on Mannie and DGS - wary at first, but then good to go. Best buds still.

Hi Lisa - Mannie says he will make two for you - expect delivery shortly! :lol: :lol: personally I think he spends too much time at Starbucks! :lol: :lol: Ann posted a nanner picture. They are by far Mannie's fav catnip item. he hoards them. will not let the other cats play with him. He has been known to chase them away of they try. 155 @ PMPS. The Blue Mannie Group is rockin' the house tonight. Rumor has it that the North Cascades Train's passengers were all treated to several live performances by the Blue Mannie Group while en-route. AWESOME!, and way to go guys!



Nicholas and I had a great one today - swimming was awesome as it always is. The FISH continues to be just that. We went to the Sammamish River after that, access via a park in Bothell. It's a great park for him: ducks, river access, and a play area for just before we go home. Great times were had by all today. :-D :-D I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

I hope Mannie keeps surfing the blues for you. That's too funny on the rake noise. :lol: It's funny how fast they can move when something startles them. Sometimes one of mine will get startled by something and run really fast and startle some of the others and then they are all running. :lol:

Hi Ann - That it was - I was happy to see that when we came back from the pool, even happier when we got home around his +10 and he was still blue. What a nice afternoon surf! And THX - Nicholas and I did have a good time today. He's just a ton of fun to be with.

HI Carla - Me too! So far he is looking good. paws crossed. Too funny on yours and how one can get them all going. It used to be like that here too when we had 5 of them - that ole chain reaction. Made me laugh every time.
