Kind of a strange day for Miss China....of course I can't be 100% sure she got insulin this morning at all! I'm not very good on this smaller dose!! Could have been a wonky strip at +4 too

Of course it could be the hangover from those Screaming Lizard cocktails at the party last night!!

Now for my stupid human trick!! When I took the cap of the syringe this morning, I lost grip on the actual syringe and it did a perfect dive down.....straight into my foot!! Luckily (I guess) there wasn't any insulin in it yet, but boy do I have a sore foot!!

In better news, China's weight loss journey is still looking good!! She lost another 3.2 ounces last week for a grand total of.....drum roll please....a total weight loss of 1.425 pounds since we started on 7/24!!

Her workout is certainly paying off! Had to laugh on your silly human trick and thankfully no insulin. Keep surfing China girl.

Ouch! I've punctured myself too. from time to time it's a lancet; once got clumsy with dosed syringe. Good thing jars of honey always at the ready! Hoppy (GA) had a good haha!

Yow! I've dropped them before, but luckily somehow missed the toesies. Of course, these days I'm always wearing shoes - doctor's orders :rolleyes:.

I think China is just messing with you. She's so worn out from all the exercise that she wants to just lie on her surfboard and float in the lagoon. :p

Congrats on the weight loss. I'm sure that's helping her numbers, too.

Big OUCH on the syringe in the foot. I haven't tried that one yet and hopefully will not have to find out just how ouchy it is. Blame the clumsiness on the full moon...I certainly do.

I wasn't even lucky enough to stick the toes.....got it right smack dab in the middle of the top of my foot!!

Needless to say, it's a little swollen....the syringe gained quite a bit of momentum falling from about 5 feet in the air before stabbing me in the foot!!
 
So you were playing a game of Mumbly Peg on your foot with a syringe? You could hold a tournament!

Yo Deputy China, my mamabean says you should give me those 1.425 pounds. Congrats!

Hey Chris, could you give us a testimony of the feel of a syringe getting in ? Our kitties
are receiving this treatment twice a day 365 :) Hope you have the short needle ones,
guess the long ones can dig quite deeply with some velocity :nailbiting:

I'm very happy to ear the weight is getting better ! French fries and hamburgers are good
but just once a week, no more :).

BTW, amazing SS for s.50 ! Hope you're not wasting too much stuff when emptying out
overflows $$$$$
