Basic ate good this morning. I feel I jumped the gun yesterday morning, giving him his anti nausea and app stim. You can never be too careful after events like this though.
His feeding tube was removed without issue.
His faulty libre was removed and a piece of his skin came along with it. While it is just a tiny spot, I probably won't have another libre put on unless I can do it. I was sent a link from the FB group regarding applying and removing the libre and neither were done the way this instruction sheet suggest.
Adding link for future searches. I recommend reading this before your cat has a libre placed. There are things you can do to help this be as effective and painless with applying and removing that are listed here.

He is maintaining his weight too.
His vet seems more receptive to all of the info I'm giving her now.
She wrote a prescription for the syringes with the half unit marks.
Thank you to everyone that has helped me do far. I appreciate all the knowledge, time, and energy.
He had been hanging just under 300, but I say his vet appt sent him over.
