Good Morning, Everyone,

The LagoonMeister is way up on shore this morning. He ate most of his nighttime food and woke us up 5 minutes before the alarm to tell us that he had visited the litterbox. We had a good schmooze. He had a nap in his little bed by the radiator. He refused his "lung treat". But he ate almost all of his breakfast just a few minutes ago (late morning). He's waiting to go outside, but the weather is miserable: more rain--quite heavy rain. I wonder if it will ever stop?

Not much planned for today for the beans. We want to try out our new canoes, but not in this weather.

The Lagoon needs its Meister, Rusty. Can you head that way? Too bad on the lousy weather. :-x It's hard when you can't play with a new toy. Good day to hang by the radiator.

Great job finding the lagoon Rusty. Can you toss the ropes up to Neko? :roll:

Sending you a little of our sunshine - surely your rain has to stop sometime so you can go paddling in the new boats.

Hi again,
Rusty had a pretty good day and ate pretty well. There was a 5-minute period of sunshine before the rain started again. Tomorrow is supposed to be better. Fingers and paws crossed!
Rusty is waiting on the couch for the evening to begin: tonight the World Series and Masterpiece--jumping back and forth. His dinner awaits his attention, but he is waiting for us!

I spent much of the afternoon getting books together that we are "de-accessioning' from our professional library. We are giving them to the music students at one of the colleges. We have 16 boxes!! The students will be able to take what they want. No strings attached.

Wishing all a good evening and continuing to send vines to all in need.

it has been a good BG day for Rusty too. It is nice to see that the lagoon meister is on duty. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :cool: Surf well tonight Rusty.

Bummer on your weather. We have been rather wet too. We get those breif breaks, sometimes maybe an hour before the next deluge begins. I will hope for some really great weather for a few days so you can try out your new canoes! How hard it must be to know they are just waiting.....

wow on the books and the de-accessioning. What an excellent idea, how wonderfully generous of you. KUDOS!

Wow on the rain. I hope you all stayed dry. I could smell Edwards bread baking while you were going through the books.

I'm so glad Rusty stopped by the lagoon today. Cinco needed someone to keep an eye on him. He went in too deep again! Tonight he's chilling on the yellow floor.

Oh, how tantalizing it must be to have those new canoes just waiting for you and not be able to get out and use them!

Sending good weather vines your way. Feel free to send some of that rain over here!
