J.D.'s shot was late last night because I got home late from work at 6:30pm.. and then scooped him up and raced to the vet that closes at 7:00pm. We got home at about 8:20pm, so he went 2 hours without eating and was hungry when we got home. While "racing" to the vet, I thought I should have brought him some treats. He was such a happy cat and a good boy on the car ride. Anyway, I'm glad I brought him to the vet, because I came very close to just taking him back home without being seen, because his ear did not seem to be itching while we were in the waiting room.
Since I got up at +11, and with our shot schedule being off by a half hour, he was very anxious to eat, this morning. With his high BGs, I gave him his shot a little early and he got fed. I have not given the ear ointment yet.
I doubt if this has anything to do with his BGs now, and it's probably from the ointment, but this is what I, the crazy lady, left out for the kitties yesterday when I left for work: 1 can HC, 2 cans MC, 1 can LC. That's double the amount I usually leave out, and almost all of it was eaten when I got home. I guess it was like Thanksgiving to them.
I hope J.D.'s BGs come down, today and I return home to a nicer PMPS.
Have a good day.
