]Hi Everyone,
Just a monthly update on Gobbles: On 10/12, his BG was 51 (+3638 lol) and his weight was 13.8. He is a happy kitty, peeing and pooping normally, playing with his awesome toys from Tested Tom Cat Tuff (Marjorie's Etsy Store)--which I highly recommend. He eats 2 cans of FF a day (plus a small amount of Friskies) and about 3 ounces of cooked boneless, skinless chicken. His weight was up to a staggering on 14.2 on 9/27, then 14.0 on 10/5 and 13.8 this past Saturday, so it appears his diet is working.
He is his normal, sometimes-loving, face-licking and toilet-paper gathering, "gobby" self.
I apologize that I've been somewhat AWOL; unforeseen circumstances here, and our empty-freezer + whitetail bowseason = 1/3rd full freezer (one down, two to go, hopefully...)
Included are my pictures entitled "Delicious Torment" (Ralph Waldo Emerson comes to mind) taken with the notorious deercam (used to monitor Gobbles' LB'ing this past spring) and "Mind-blowing Sunset" which I was graced with watching a few weeks ago in my backyard (photo NOT retouched, only resized) and took with my iPhone. Enjoy!
