Somehow or another I messed up Blackie's SS. It's all fixed now; was missing a day. Oops! So, I won't post the URL to the previous condo as I think it's a little out of whack (like the typist). I think I may have also given her a FS last night, too. I rubbed her side with my left hand, and smelled it afterwards. It had the insulin scent on it. I expected a higher PS # because of it, but I'll take this one.

Today:

Fur shot or not, that's a nice start for Blackie. My hands often smell like Lantus. I figured it was just like when I was teaching and my hands always smelled like chalk!

Hi Angela! Hope Blackie surfed nicely today for mama bean. I have thought I gave a fur shot before, a few times, and I smelled the insulin, but lo and behold, I was proven wrong. To me, that would be a good amps :smile:

Same as Laura, I've thought I gave fur shots several times only to see that I didn't. I think I always smell the insulin because I have to squirt out some each time to get the right dose so that isn't a way for me to know for sure. I hope the rest of the day helped you figure it out and Blackie stayed in a good place.

I sure wish Cinco looked that good after a fur shot! I'll bet you just had a drop on the needle that got on the fur. I think that happens to us a lot. Blackie is so well regulated!
