Depends how much you can monitor. I'd be tempted to try 0.25 units, mostly because it's almost the weekend and you can monitor more.

Are you home or more available during the evening than the daytime? I can't remember your schedule ...but whichever time of day or day of week that you're going to be home that would be a good day for an increase.

We don't know if the increase is going to have an immediate effect...or if it'll take a little time. But you'll want to get a 1 or 2+ and then go from there...
