I increased her dose Saturday night. She has hit a couple green numbers so far, but just won't stay there yet. Big bounce this morning.

That's a bit high, for sure. Are you able to get a ketone test from her? I'm hoping that she'll lower her #s very soon on her own. Try and have a good day.
