Yea, his BG is great for which I am grateful so why doesn't he feel any better? I made a vet appointment for next week. I worry something else is going on. Thanks Chris.

Thanks for visiting Carla, Ella, Chris. Bron, and Tricia. He's eating and eliminating fine except for the extra urinating. It might just be the CKD or the loss of hearing or who knows. He sleeps on my bed at night by at the foot away from me and comes to me in the morning and Earle evening for attention but otherwise watches me from the hallway or is under the bed. With his improved BG I thought he would get some of his old habits back but he's kind of a shell of himself. :(

I guess someone wants to keep his Mr Unpredictable title intact.

Just a repeat of what everyone else said already. Wanted to chime in anyways so you know there are even more vines being sent your way! Hugs and purrs that Max's vetty visit goes well and that he gets back to his old self soon! :bighug:

Sending yet more vines for Mr. Max. :bighug: Did you ever think of trying Azodyl for him? Neko went from 3 pees a day back to 2, at least when I can keep her BG decent, after starting Azodyl.

Sending extra scritches for dear Max :bighug::bighug::bighug: and hugs for you. It really really really sucks that they can't talk at times like these.

I've thought of it and might give it s try after I get his labs back next week. Max pees 5-6 times a day. He used to pee 2 before FD and then more and more. The balls are bigger as well. I e been told that Azodyl won't change things but might make him feel better. Are you giving Neko anything else? B12? B complex?Potassium?

I think this all the time. This isn't something that will go away whatever is bothering him. He sees the vet Tuesday so once the results come in Wednesday I'll see whatever supplements make sense. It doesn't seem like the food change has helped.

Thanks for the vines
