Nice numbers for Bj :mrgreen: he is really settling down. Hope he stays in the nice greens for you and stay out of the stay up all night greens.

I chickened out. He's on the verge of a dose decrease and I don't want any X factors to interfere with this. It's not a bad infestation, nothing like last year which was like WOW. I'm keeping it under control with flea combing and fall is here so I'm thinking I can just borax the carpet and be good. If it doesn't improve in a couple weeks then I'll reconsider.
 
Following up, I need to note that I shaved the fat off the .5u dose this AM due to lower numbers the past nights. We're talking about a whole micro drop of insulin here.

If anybody isn't too busy for a quick review of Bj's SS of the last couple days we would be greatful. Would love a consensus on the dose reduction, Y/N.

HI Mike, No dosing advice of course. I looked a Bj's sheet and it looks to me like he earns a dosecrease to 0.25 after 14 cycles of steady numbers between 120 -50 so 4 more cycles. I cant measure precisely accurately enough to count fat or skinny as a dose change, ymmv. Thats my 2 cents, keep the change and see what the wise ones have to say.

The fat on his dose is a nearly imperceptable bit of black line showing on the syringe mark (instead of it being level/even on the line).

I say YES to a reduction. He has hit under 50 several times on this dose, and overall his numbers have been coming down nicely the past several days.

A shave is fine, but you would also be justified in taking an 0.25u reduction if you prefer. He did earn it by going below 50, though I can see that in the past BJ has been sensitive to small changes.
