Yesterday Caber Yr 2 Day 10

So now we will see a few days of wacky numbers. Ollie is sitting in her sunbeam now.

Tux still not eating. Is drinking, I was able to get cerenia in him this morning. He walked away from all the food offerings, even the dry food. He is acting okay though. I don't know if it's just a tummy ache. After my dentist appt I will take him to urgent care if he isn't eating by then.

I'm glad Ollie has her sunbeam! It would be so nice if Tux is eating by the time you get back home. Paws crossed, that's the case after having some Cerenia.
My eyes were messed up, but I still got a look at the choices for your kitchen - absolutely beautiful Paula.

Good luck at the dentist Paula :bighug: I hope Tux eats and you don't have to go to emerg. Sending healing appy vines to Tux :bighug:
Glad Ollie has a nice sunbeam to lie in!

Awww...the sunbeam nap! Love that! I hope Tux gets his appy back soon! Good luck at the dentist... all these appointments taking us away from our kitty duties...:(

Hope you have a good day Paula!

Awe poor tux. I hope he feels better soon :bighug:

I hope Olive also slides down for you today and that Your appointment goes well today :)

Thinking of Ollie in her sunbeam❤️ Sending prayers to you and sweet Tux....my first go-tos are SEB mixed with a little dilute aloe juice....hope you don’t have to make a run to emergency vet ❤️

It's not a true ER. It's a walk in urgent care where you don't need an appt. My favorite vet merged two of his offices together and keeping the regular practice he also opened an urgent care on the ground floor last month.

I hope the cerenia works and Tux is eating by the time you get home!
Ollie....enough of the wacky numbers let's see you back at the beach!

That’s awesome

So tooth is coming out on the 24th.

I'm taking Tux to urgent care. Even husband said to take him, and he never says that. He always says "they'll get over it, let them be". Tux just isn't right. Looks ok but behavior is so off. Face has dull look.

Sending vines and prayers , Paula , that the vet easily and successfully figures out what's going on with Tux :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Xray showed no stool at all (good thing), a lot of gas, totally empty stomach so you could even see the folds of stomach, which vet said isn't the best thing you want to see. Labs were elevated she said due to dehydration. They gave fluids, cerenia shot and I was to give bupre at home since I have it.

Tux basically has upset stomach. He does tend to have one episode a year. Although this is his 2nd this year so far.

Happy to hear your Tux is OK!

Oh, darn, I just saw the update earlier and hoped the fluids and cerenia would do it. I know you know all the food tricks.

Do you have or normally use Ondansetron?
