Crazy yesterday

After giving a BCS last night because Zener wasn't eating and his BG was 57, I was happy to only see a stinky pinky this morning. Zener seems to like green and pinky lately. Remember those floors in between? :roll: :lol: Anne reminded me last night (she's in AL) that we had bupe and that helped the last time. And it seemed to help last night too. His tummy was tight as a drum and a massage just wasn't enough. Appy seems fine this morning, helped along with a slightly bigger crumb of cypro. I'm really liking the cypro, as a stress reliever for us. :lol: :lol:

In case this is any help, I listen to River's tummy several times a day, and if I hear thunder down below, I get out the meds.

I'm glad to hear Zener's appy is happier today, and the bupe helped last night. Let's ease it down a bit, Z!!

I am glad to hear that Zener ate this morning.
Poor guy..... that he had such a bad tummy ache he had to tense it so hard.
Sending feel better vines to him.
I hope it keeps improving.

I'm glad his appy was good today and piling on more tummy vines for continued improvement.

Hi Liz, glad to hear Zener's appy is pretty good. Sorry bout the tummy ache. That is one flat cat today! Hopefully his numbers will come down after vetty visit.
Thanks for the visit yesterday. I didn't realize the Ironman race was happening. They didn't notify me of the date. I think they lost my application,LOL.

We are back from the vetty visit. Anal glands were expressed and they had a lot to say! :lol: They were both full, the left one was thick and pasty while the right one was normal. It was definitely time. They also gave him 100 ml of fluids since he's been a little punk. I figure the squids will bring down his BG too. :-D He's out in the yard, laying in the sun. Tillie hasn't moved from her heated house. She gets to go Friday to get her UTI checked.

Appy is very happy tonight! :-D :-D :-D He happily ate his squash, which he had rejected last night and this morning. Woohoo! Now to get that BG down...

Lara, we give Zener quite an array of meds: Zantac, ondansetron, Cerenia, cyproheptadine, miralax, squash, zobaline, homeopathic kidney support. He is quite the druggie! :lol: :lol:

I don't know how single beans do it. My hat is off to all of you.

I know, I was suggesting that only because the bupe seemed to help him yesterday.
I get too wrapped up in wishing him well, perhaps, but I was feeling for the poor little guy.

HI all - sorry for the stinky pinky, but am glad that there is happy appy today. Come on down Z-man! I a with Ann - how about one of those infamous Zener slides?
