Good morning LL (well, it's still morning on MST)! Late getting Zener's condo up this morning. Night duty bean fell asleep on the floor right after testing him mid-cycle and didn't wake up until 3:30am. Sleeping on the floor is not good for an old bean! Our civvie Tillie is not eating this morning for some reason and she continues to have periodic problems with arthritis and constipation, so she was getting a lot of our attention this morning. Zener's appy is okay but not great, which is always worrisome for beans when his numbers are low. We've been on this dose for three weeks tomorrow, and are getting some very good cycles here lately - greens bookended by blues, with a mid-ish cycle nadir!

Zener...those are lovely numbers!!!! Please eat your fuds so your beans don't worry. Tillie - I hope you start feeling better, too.

Liz & Anne - hope your babies allow you to go to lunch. Food for humans is important, too!!!! Happy Sunday!

hi Anne and Liz :-D and for the floor sleeping bean: ~O) ~O) ~O)

What great cycles the past couple of days for Z-Man. Love the blue bookends, love the green middle. AWESOME! I hope Tilly feels better too. Poor kitty...

Z-Man: be sure to let your beans go to lunch, 'K? They be happy then, and maybe they will brig you a kitty fuds bag... ya never know....

Have a great one! Enjoy lunch too.

Hi Anne, thanks for visiting and catching our good prezzie report. I am sorry to hear Tillie is not eating and starting to have constipation and arthritis problems. How old is Tillie? Sending her some appy and poo vines. What a nice slide for Zener, but wish his appy was better, as I know that's worrisome for you and Liz. Sending Zener appy vines. Ouch with sleeping on the floor. Congratulations to Liz on finishing her run yesterday.

Hey Z. This cycle is developing very nicely. Good job!
We hope that Tillie is feeling better and better as the day progresses.

Did you enjoy your lunch out? Hope so. Beans need to have fun, too!

Liz, 11 miles at 8000+ feet altitude is awesome. Was the race on roads or on trails? Congrats on beating a guy! I used to love to pass runners toward the end of a long race (I was a racewalker).

Have a fine evening,

Ella & Rusty

I hope all the appys have picked up over there. You probably know that arthritis and constipation do often go hand-in-hand, since arthritis makes it hard for them to assume the poo-position. Our Mario has the same issue at times. We've started adding some mirilax to his fuds to help things along a bit.

Feel better everyone!!

Re: 10/14 Zener PMPS 145

Zener had a great AM cycle, and appy has picked up this evening, thank goodness. Tillie is also feeling more perky this evening and ate well, so beans are greatly relieved. We go to the vetty tomorrow for Tillie's 4th laser treatment.

We had a nice lunch with our friend on the "best patio in Flagstaff", and most likely the last Sunday brunch outside for the season. Sun was out, but breezy and cool.

@Deborah - both kitties are doing much better, following your most excellent instructions!

@carla - thanks for instruction the kitters on proper nutrition! All is better tonight.

@Michelle & Mannie - I often fall asleep on the floor tucked into a warm blanket with Zener, and usually can only sleep about an hour, so it's a perfect way to wake up for late night tests. Last night was the first time I've ever slept 4 hours on the floor like that. The floor sleeping bean must have been really tired. Fortunately, the big guy has been running some consistent and lovely cycles lately! The kitties let us go out for lunch, but we didn't bring them a kitty fud bag.

@Ann & Maggie - poo patrol lives to serve! Thanks for your good wishes for our Tillie. She is 12 years old and a Manx. Both are eating better and feeling better this evening.

@Ella - it was another nice cycle, woo hoo and Tillie is feeling better tonight, double woo hoo! The race Liz ran is called the Soulstice Run and is on trails through the Coconino National Forest. It is limited to 200 participants, and because Liz has done it so many times, she is a "legacy runner" and gets to register first. It is very popular and supposedly the best post-race party in the country. People come to run from all over the US, and the race usually fills up about 10 minutes after the online registration opens. There are always interesting things happening at the race that make it a bunch of fun. A couple ran the race together in wedding wear of the athletic variety, then had their wedding at the finish line. The best part was Zombies on the course. Two Zombies made an appearance at the last leg of the race to motivate runners to finish. Liz said she started laughing at them so hard, she could hardly breathe to finish the race.

@Amy - thank you for the information on arthritis and constipation. We have noticed she usually has a big poo right after her laser treatments. We've added miralax to her food now, so she and Zener both get it. We also have added Cosequin now as well.

Hope everyone has a drama-free and restful Sunday evening. :YMHUG:
