Sorry I've been MIA since my last post. Working on getting my mid-term done and studing for a proctored exam this coming week.
Anyways, I'm could really use some help with dosing. I did a curve on Teronto yesterday. BG every 2 hours up until 11 pm when I passed out on the couch. This morning his BG was 190. For some reason his BG always seems to be low in the morning and I don't know why that is.
I gave him a normal dose of 1 unit and just took his BG at +4 it was 40! I quickly gave him some food with a dash of honey and I have to say this because I don't know if it's useful information or not. He left his dish with food in it. He NEVER does that. He licks it clean. I just retook his BG and he is up to 60 now, so it appears to be going up.
My spreadsheet is up to date and looking at the numbers it appears that he has a HUGE drop between +2 and +4. I'm thinking of droping him to .50 units
I'm still very new to all of this and I guess i need to add my Condo from monday
Hope I did this right.
