Good Morning, Everyone,

Big change in the weather: after cold and sunny, we now have mild and rainy. It's a good thing that we got all that yard work done yesterday!

Rusty has a good AMPS number on his fattened dose. I hope the insulin got in this morning (Edward smelled faint Lev. smell); time will tell! In any event, we saw green yesterday for the first time in about a week, so we are on track again. Nothing exciting planned for today. And we had to cancel our scheduled paddle for tomorrow because of a forecast of high winds and rain.

WOO HOO! Look at Rusty! It is so great to see him getting back on track. Looks like the new dose is a good one. Greens today too Rusty? The lagoon needs its master. :-D

Bummer on having to cancel your paddle. Maybe the weather will get better?

Morning Ella and Rusty, nice blue AMPS, and I bet Rusty makes it to the Green Lagoon today. It it has to be rainy, glad the temps are mild, but sorry about your paddle cancellation tomorrow. I hope it can be rescheduled soon and a nice day to follow. Good luck with the fattened dose. I'm always amazed at what a difference in just a drop. Have a nice Sunday and hugs from us.

Good AMPS Rusty! Hope you guys have a nice day today...cozy with that weather, right? Too bad tomorrow isn't SNOW~~you could have a PICNIC instead of the paddling if it was snowing...right Ella? LOL

Yep, that's right, Pat!! Every season has it's pleasures!

Looks like Rusty may indeed have not gotten all his insulin this morning. Or maybe he's also having a late onset. Whatever. He polished off his Wellness Turkey lunch and is napping in his basket. He didn't want to stay outside for very long this morning. Weather is really nasty.

Off now to play bills. Good rainy-day occupation.

Hi again,

In retrospect, I think Rusty may have had a bounce that began late last night and continued until +9 today, when it seems to have begun to break. This evening's shot was not stellar (Rusty moved before I was completely ready to withdraw the syringe), but I think most of it got in. I think he's tired of shots!! Maybe he doesn't like the Terumo needles, which are a little longer than the Monojects. We'll see what happens next.

The Yankees are going to Detroit two games down. I don't like the Yankees, but I am a New Yorker. I am torn! My father's team was the New York Giants, so if the San Francisco Giants win the NL championship, I'll root for them in the World Series.
