Good afternoon World! Welcome to our home! Yesterday
KT
AMPS 139
KT is still eating fairly well but wants hard food pieces placed on top before he deems it worthy. We did good poops for 2 days but today's was half runny and light colored again. I noticed the firm part had bloody mucus in it - what would cause THAT? I HOPE we just haven't found the right amount for the enzymes. Can anyone tell me what green colored poop means? His last one yesterday was definitely green. He's regained about half a pound and is nicely hydrated. At least he doesn't feel like a walking skeleton now, still WAY skinny but I can't see bones as much.

Sweet Dakota is his usual sweet, quiet self. He doesn't act like he's feeling well but nothing I can pinpoint. Maybe it's the cooler, rainy weather making him want to sleep more than usual. He's sort of sniggly about food, eat few bites and walk away but he does come back later for more. He's getting upset with me for brushing/cutting mats often right now. He's definitely NOT got that wonderful Maine Coon hair that doesn't mat - he has DLH undercoat that mats very easily. Snowshoe's does that too. KT's NEVER mats...he spoiled me...
Leo's not feeling well again - the last steriod shot is wearing off, he's still breathing well but I've heard a couple of light coughs, he's wanting to just sleep most of the time. He also hasn't come to bed with us the last 3 nights - I've figured out that's one of the signs he's going down again. I'll fill his prednolosone tomorrow - hopefully this way will work instead of those nasty shots.
SPIKE! Oh Sir Spike is feeling WONDERFUL! He's peeing perfectly, today he's looking out his windows and SO wants to get to that squirrel in his yard. Not that he'd catch it...or WANT it if he did! I opened the door to his room this morning to see he'd rearranged his furniture playing. His steps have carpet on them - he likes to lay on the floor, hook his claws in the step and pull them across the floor. They're not nailed down, technically it was a 2 step 'stool' that we repurposed to help him get up on his eating and sleeping shelves. He also pulled the trim off the outside door AND popped his claws over and over on the plastic covering the screen. NOW he's running on the storm door and hollering OUT OUT OUT!!! Makes me DANCE!
All other fuzzy feetz are well but goggies think we're being SO cruel making them go outside in the rain!
Extra thoughts and prayers with Libby and KK as she loves him across today. We include Amy/Trixie's Noah, Jeanene losing Tabitha and more I'm not remembering right now.
HUGS to all that visit today!
