Cheryl,

I have no dosing advice, just wanted to wish you luck with whatever you decide to do. That is some drop Joplin gives you!!

Thanks, I know! I wish there was a smiley banging its head against the wall, because I'd use it right about now!!

Great job with that cycle, actually it's good to see green again!

I would "shoot through the bounce" which means stick with 2.0 for one more shot. Then we can see what everyone thinks after that.

Perhaps change the title of the first post to "10/14 Joplin AMBG:334 (46 nadir last night) dose advice?" so all eyes will know what's up at a glance.

Re: 10/14 Joplin AMBG:334 (46 nadir last night)

have you shot this morning yet? I think with that bounce, I'd go ahead and go with the 2 units and shoot through the bounce, and then take your reduction tonight at PMPS

Maybe pull 2 units and waste 1 drop and try a skinny 2 units tonight?....but the fact it looks like you had a little bit of trouble getting him up above 50 and keeping him there overnight might tend to want me to take the full .25 reduction again

Good luck with whatever you decide to do

I did shoot the 2 this morning, and I had the same thought process as you with maybe doing 1.75 tonight. Since he was consistently in high numbers at 1.75 over the last month, I just don't know if full on reduction is justified after being at 2 for just two days! Ahhhh!

Re: 10/14 Joplin AMBG:334 (46 nadir last night)

I think Dale's suggestion of shootoing through the bounce was good. If the 1.75u wasn't holding, I'd think about a fat 1.75u for a reduction.
