Happy Sunday evening! Lots of caring thoughts to all who need them today inc Fitzel, Shasta, Rocket and Comet.

Gracie's numbers are slowly coming back down and her chin looks much better today. It was colder here last night...in the 50s and we sleep with the windows and doors in our bedroom open. I awoke about 2am and she was on the pillow next to me and felt like a little ice cube so when I touched her, she purred and came over and snuggled down into the blankets with me and purr purr purr back to sleep. Because it was so lovely in there this morning, I went btb after T/F/S and here she came. Mike bought me this wonderful new sherpa blanket and she went to town kneading, wadding.....what a great time she had. She's been playing with Tobes today so I think so far so good.

Sorry to post so late. I spent a large part of the day working, again, on getting the Quicken from our PC converted to the iMac Quicken Essentials. All Mom's accounts and some of ours are now correct but our checking account is still not right and I can't find where it boggled the conversion because it was fine on the PC. headdesk.

I'm so happy to hear that Gracie's chin is looking better!!! and I love seeing her numbers start to return to normal. AND I LOVE the snuggles and kneading and wadding and snuggles!!!! Hope you get more snuggles tonight! Sweet dreams!

Good news from Missy G, we are so glad things are improving! No words of wisdom on the Quicken conversion. I went from an older version of Quicken on a mac to the new Quicken essentials on a mac and it was a mess too. Enjoy that lovely autumn sleeping weather!

Hi Marje,

It's great that Gracie's chin is looking better, that she enjoyed her snuggles with you and her kneading of the Sherpa blanket, and that she and my Other Best Boy had some good play time.

Bummer on the Quicken (non-)conversion. I have solved this potential problem: I still have an old Windows 95 laptop (an HP Omnibook) and I use it now solely for Quicken. It is not connected to anything. It's great!

Welll...I had hoped between Liz/Anne and Ella, I'd get some advice on the quicken :lol: :lol: :lol: We still have a netbook PC so I may have to resort to that.

i've been trying to just balance the checkbook for 2 days now. Had to get a new register and re-write everything in the right order
to see if it comes out .... this time.... :evil: :roll:
