We had a great night last night!!!!!! I was really thrilled with how it went and now I am not so scared to do it again. Doogle is now sunning himself in the window while the kittens run all around him. Poor Abby (formerly Little One), her little hormones are starting up. So its time to have her spayed.

Ok, going to sit and drink my diet cherry DP and wake up before I get up and moving around to do things.

I'm glad to hear that you are feeling OK about shooting low.
It takes some getting used to, doesn't it?

Oh I am not a morning person at all. It takes me at least an hour to even be able to talk to people...lol.

Fed Doogle a little bit of FF T&G to keep him going. May be an interesting day.

Ok not sure why Doogle went from 61 to 126 in an hour. All he ate at +6 is FF Chunky Chicken. Well at least its still a good number. :-D

OK, I am going to have to stop leaving food on my counter I guess. About an hour before shot time, we walk into the kitchen to clean up and Doogle has his head in the rice from dinner! I tried to tell him that rice is bad, mkay. Silly cat is trying my patients ....lol. Going to go take a quick nap for a couple of hours and check him in 2 hours. Taking the kitten to get spayed tomorrow so gotta also be up early. I just feel bad that she cant eat tonight. Which means the herd wont eat till we take her to the vet (they are not going to like they have to wait). I may end up just bringing her into the bedroom and closing her in if they get to vocal.

too bad about the rice (talk about straight carbs!) because Doogle was having a pretty awesome cycle today. fortunately, it'll clear and you'll see those nice numbers again.

Well Doogle is having a blah night. But this will pass. We were supposed to take the kitten to be spayed but she got sick this morning and threw up what look like roundworms. So we are instead going to take her in and have her looked at and get a shot. We will also get something for the other cats (if we can). We havent seen signs from the others and we didnt have her dewormed when we got her, so there is no telling how long she has had them. So yeah, that was fun to see happen.
