What? Green all night and into amps? Either there will be a big bounce or I am thinking he is about to ask for a reducie. He ate his baby food and his ff right away and I heard him finishing off the food I left out before I went to bed at around 5. I just couldn't get up and take it away from him. He's active and alert, even talk a walk into the forbidden part of the condo which is not forbidden any more provided I am around to supervise. He needs the exercise!!

Please, no "B". We have a food spike at the moment. I did feed him baby food like always, ff 4% and a little 9% trader joes so I won't know until +3 or later I am thinking. His nadir seems to be later than it used to be too.

Marilyn, we don't want him having too good an appy as I try to get him to lose at least 1 1/2 pounds.

Second time under 50. I just gave him some hc with a few drops of karo. He did not go looking for food and was sleeping on my bed. He was so comfy that I waited 1 1/2 hour to test after the 91. He just cleaned his plate.

Yes, Max is a real porker these days and because of the noises he is making and the havoc it likely plays on his BG I need to get him to lose a little but safely. However, the good appy is calming to me as well. I hope you and the kitties are doing well. Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you enjoyed the holiday.

Hi Marje. My mom has a commpression fracture. The night before last she was bleeding and it appears to be all connected. Thankfully the bleeding has stopped but she is back to being in a horrible mood so hopefully it isn't that the antibiotics aren't working. I think/hope that perhaps the pain is causing her to sleep too much and she is anemic right now. Not much appetite. No internal bleeding based on the labs. She's just fed up and miserable and I don't blame her. Thanks for asking.

Looks like Max has passed nadir and hopefully will surf and not do anything crazy. He will likely ask for less insulin which is a double edged sword. It seems to bring him back to higher numbers eventually. Maybe for a change he will decide he can stay under 200 with less insulin. That would be nice. I still think about lev but if he follows Gracie I would still be testing constantly, just not have the highs and lows I guess. Then again she has them as well.

I see Max kept you busy today! Mines bouncing right now from her 97 this am. At least Max is surfing the greens today. Hopefully max will slide up easy and not too high ..sending more vines to your mom, and hope she gets better soon.

Max is having a fabulous run in good numbers (except for the fuds spike this morning). He's looking great.

More vines to your mom. Poor her on the compression fracture. :YMHUG:

Hard to say what Max would look like on Lev. As usual, cats are unpredictable in that too. Both Anna/Bailey and Donna/Doogle have been recent switches, though Anna switched back to Lantus today.

I've been following Bailey and hoping for results like Cobb. I think I would have given it a little more time but Ana knows her cat best. Max definitely gets his food spikes.

Something tells me Max is about to be done with this dose.

Do I have the only cat that doesn't go looking fur food when he drops. I didn't expect him to be at 56 after the 138. He was sleepimg in my bed. When I put out the food after the test he ate it but wouldn't most cats have been asking fit food? He is impossible to predict, at least for me.

Still 56 @ 3.5.

No, you don't have the only cat that doesn't go looking for food. Cinco doesn't, either. However, when it is presented to him he does a perfect impression of my Hoover! I've never seen a cat eat that fast and not barf it back up, but thats what he does when he's low.

Max seems pretty serious about getting a reducie. I hope he lets you get some sleep tonight.

Nice to know, Tricia. It makes me nervous about leaving him unless I'm sure he's bouncing or past nadir though. I hope you had fun bowling. Max went up to 105 at about the time you posted last night. He started asking for food at about 5:40 this morning so not much sleep.
