10/13 Joplin PMPS: 267; +4: 46

So here's my dilemma. Joplin just tested at 46...which would be enough for a dose reduction, BUT we've seen that 1.75 just doesn't cut it. What to do, what to do??

How many drops difference between 2.0 and 1.75u? Can you split the difference?
