Good Morning LL! Well, the numbers are looking better today but Tess didn't finish her breffis. I wasn't concerned when she was eating the preshot meals, but if she starts refusing to eat even then …. nailbite_smile I may give the vet a call. ed to add… She vomited a little food about half hour after her AB medicine, so called the vet and will switch to Orbax to try that. She acts as though her UTI is good, but of course, need to make sure it is totally gone.

WCR All 5 Ps, but appy issues this morning. Tess is a little off today and got syringe fed for meal 2 at +4. But she ate on her own for the +6 meal. Poo is a little soft, probably as a result of AB's on the gut bacteria. Modern medicine, cure the affliction, then manage the chaos caused by the cure   .

Ann is off to the vet for the meds, then visit DM for a bit. John

Sorry to hear about the appy issues and the vomit. Good luck with the Orbax and hope Tess tolerates it. Sending some healing and feel better vines for Tess.

46 and now we are dealing with the chaos ohmygod_smile gave her a little LC with honey, but she barely touched it, so syringed her a couple of ml of LC with honey. Will test again in an hour. John

Tess is certainly giving you a run for the money. It may be that the UTI is clearing and coupled with the poor appetite, you end up with low numbers.

Look at those numbers--I had a hard time with Moonie yesterday with the eating, as well & she dropped also.
I also syringed Moonie with Karo & hc gravy, no wasting time opening a zillion cans of fud!!
Hope she feels better tomorrow & the UTI clears--Healing vines to Tess with our Love & Hugs!!

Oh goodness....what a day you had, John! I sure hope she tolerates the orbax better than the clavamox. It's just horrible when they don't feel well and they need that AB which makes them feel even worse.

Hope Ann's visit with DM went well. I've been thinking of them both alot lately.

Whoa, little missy! Hope the appy is better and UTI is gone.

Re: 10/12 TessAMPS~230 PMPS~51 +2~105

+8~46 fed w/ a little honey
+9~66
+10~47/37 fed .15oz 5%
+11~59
PMPS~51
+1:30 finished dinner and Orbax
+2~105

John wasn't sure if he got enough blood at +10 w/ the 47 so he retested and got a 37! Fed her a little Pinnacle 5% even though it was just 2 hours to shot time. I think this is the result of getting rid of the clavamox as well as most of her first breffis. ohmygod_smile

Tess seems perkier tonight, and her appetite was back for dinner.

We tried the new ab, Orbax, tonight. I went a little shy on the recommended dose since I'm not sure just how much she weighs and it is dosed by weight. I hope this new ab clears things up w/ no more tummy upsets. It's a start over snd she has to be on it for 2 weeks!t.

Sienne, you are right the drop was probably form lack of food and hopefully clearing the infection.
