I was out on a hike/climb all day, so Rusty and Edward had a nice day together. The weather was perfect and they had some outdoor time. Rusty climbed onto the woodshed roof and then slipped on the wet leaves there: he didn't fall, but he rushed over to Edward, howling. Then, back on terra firma, he spotted Leyla and gave her a chase. Tonight he's sleeping!

Our hike: a small, very steep and rocky mountain in the eastern High Peaks. It was a beautiful day for fall color, which has been late this year. Tomorrow Edward and I are leading a paddle on a small lake near Blue Mountain Lake. The good weather should continue.

bbl, Rusty needs to have his bowl held so that he will eat! His appetite has been good. He really seems to like RAWZ.

I think it's sweet Rusty rushed over to his protector Edward. Nice recover chasing the interloper.

Enjoy the paddle - fall rains have hit here and there is that white stuff on top of the local ski mountains this morning.

Rains hit the southern Oregon Coast on our monthly shopping trip to the big city of Coos Bay. OR! The girls hung out at the house waiting for the pet parents to return for their afternoon feeding. They are now snuggled up by the pellet stove, warm and happy the humans have come home to serve them! They are such a blessing to have in our lives. Rusty is keeping the mum happy, good job! Hugs and Healing to those in need, Kathe and "The Girls!"

Sounds like everyone had a good day! Happy to hear that Rusty didn't fall from the shed roof!
It was quite chilly here today but is supposed to warm back up again. Our fall colours seem to be just starting but I don't think they'll be brilliant this year.
