Is it okay to keep up with 4.25U for 2 more cycles?

I'm not home untill tomorrow and my parents don't feel really comfortable with doing the increase because they I scared of the hypos.

The bouncing will reduce as he gets used to lower numbers. You could try feeding a part of his PS meal at +1 and +2 and feed more snacks in active cycles like last night (say every hour or after every test) to slow the drop. Bouncing is also caused by sharp drops in numbers.
