I am aware his numbers are pretty weird today. It's probably due to the dry food given. I am unable to find what I've been giving him normally. New vet and appt on Friday. Hopefully we get a better insight towards nutrition, urinary history and BG balance.

Thank you, the whole dry food keep making him higher than usual in the AMPS. I just bought a whole bag prior to his old vet visit so now I'm not sure what to do with this giant 7lb RC SO dry food.
Also, I have observed him to not be so interested in water as he normally is. Not sure if its the BG or the lack of dry RC SO food. Since I know the canned RC SO does give him a bit of moisture in his diet. Hopefully, his new vet will help me on this whole balancing issue.

When I changed Mr Kitty over to wet food hsi water consumption definitely went down. It was still fairly high though when he was unregulated. Once he got into better numbers, he barely touched the water bowl at all

Okay, I've always been obsessed with making sure he has a lot of water due to his UTI issues. So, I have to adjust to letting it go haha.

Oo I've been meaning to ask about Tiki Cat, is this brand good? I know on the chart it says 0 carbs.. is it okay to be complete 0 in carbs?

Tiki cat is good cat food ,I thought you were going to be feeding the Purina/Pro Plan urinary tract?
I can't answer your question about not feeding any carbs , I've always feed 2 or 3

Yes, I planned on it however, I cannot find it anywhere! I can order, but I'm running low currently since I just switched my cat to canned foods. Or at least tried to and his prescription RC SO is out of stock as well I bought the last can.
I believe it says all of them have 0 carbs. That is what the chart says.

I'll wait to see what his new vet says before removing carbs completely. I'm very scared in him dropping too low if anything.
