What was the vet looking for with the x-ray?

They found a nodule on his lung when he was in for pancreatitis, and he was coughing a bit on and off. She wanted to check and make sure it hadn't gotten bigger (she couldn't even see it, and he hasn't been coughing for the last month luckily). The radiologist on staff is gonna double check them when they're in. Overall though our internist said he's looking great, and gained a bit of weight since our last visit
