Trix is finally working this dose...I can't believe how much of a difference the diet change has made! I do hope she levels off this morning...she usually does slow it down after +2, but - as a cat = we all know she can do anything she pleases!!
Frankie and I both had a much better start today - fortunately! Hopefully the diet change will work for her, as well. It wasn't easy this morning, though, tossing her different meal in there along with everyone else's. Talk about playing beat the clock! Since Trix and Frankie were eating the same food, I was ble to pu theirs down together, then go get the triplet's bowls next. Now, since I don't want Trix eating Frankie's Wellness, I put Trixie's down first. By the time I got back with foof for Frankie and the triplets, Trix was squaking at the laundry room door (where we keep the food) because she wasn't initially pleased with her selection, and Frankie was eating Trix's food ohmygod_smile ! I had to shuffle things around at lightening speed, then sit in the middle of the kitty circle to make sure no on strayed from their bowls. We're all going to have to adjust to this new routine!
One of the reasons I haven't been able to post as much lately is because I've been re-starting my own little side-business. Most of you know I co-own a bead store, and make jewelry for a living. I got my start in jewelry by making hand made glass beads using a small scale glass blowing process called "lampworking". I stopped lampworking after opening the store...not enough hours in the day. But I recently got back into it, and opened my own Etsy shop to sell my beads! My inventory is small right now, but it will continue to grow and will include beads, jewerly, and copper enamel components (and whatever else catches my eye at an given time!). Of course, I named the shop in Trixie's honor, as a "thank you" for all that she has taught me. Soooo...here's my Etsy shop, Trixie's Jewel Box:

Happy Tuesday, everyone!
