Not much to report here for Miss Trix. She was a bit "zoomie" again this morning :-D , although she wasn't running around the house - but she's had that "spark" in her eyes  . She's also in a mode of LOVING her Fancy Feast (I guess I picked a really good case this time), but she isn't so thrilled when I add the binder to it. She goes through phases where she'll reject fuds with binder in it, and this is one of those phases. It stresses me a bit since she won't eat any of the "naturally" lower phos fuds, and the Fancy Feast and Purina One that she loves are about as high phos as you can get...but, a cat's gotta eat. I keep reminding myself that she is feeling and eating well, and I'll get the binder in as I can...but eating in general is the most important thing.

She was also in no mood for fluids last night. She sometimes gets a little fidgety towards the end, but last night, we made it just over halfway before she said "I am DONE!". That's pretty rare, so hopefully it was an isolated incident. Maybe it's part of her current feisty zoomie sparky mood!

Here's Trix's second snuggle victim from yesterday, Petey. She also got Frankie at one point, but that snuggle was short-lived and Frankie took off. Anyway, she really had Petey pinned down.....funny cats.

Gotta start getting ready for work.....have a great day, LL!

What a nice Trixie report this morning, 'cept for those darned fluids. Poor Trix. She has places to zoom to and fellow kitties to snuggle. Ain't nobody got time for no fluids. ;-)

How long does it take to give her fluids? I don't think I've ever heard (or don't remember) how long the process actually takes.

Another cute pic today. Thanks for sharing them with us!

Good Saturdat morning Amy... Thanks for your visit to Monet's condo yesterday.
Seeing "spark "in Trixio eyes is awesome ! Happy she is loving this batch of FF ;-)
Love seeing the snuggle pics....so cute.

I remember when I was giving fluids to Kisa - I thought it would never end. Poor baby was so ill he just laid there, so that was no problem, but I thought it went on forever - probably about 10 minutes! Cinco is a little less tolerant, but he will hold still as long as there is food in front of him, so I'm always watching the level of the food and the level of the fluids and saying, "slow down, Cinco! Speed up, fluids!" I do pray I never have to try to give them to Harvey. That would probably be a three person job - at least!

Nice appearance by Ms. P this morning - she does love to show off her power, doesn't she? As long as the greens keep coming, she can diva all she wants!

Yay for almost Zoomies and lovin' the FF. Too bad about the binder. It's always such a hassle to try to disguise supplements when they can taste or smell them. I suppose toppers like FF or oregano don't help, either?

Love the snuggle pics. Keep 'em coming! :-D

Healing vines and prayers to your DF.

Snuggle victim -   Great job, Ms. P, well done! Vines for DF and DM, hope he's feeling good today.

I've never tried oregano, but Trix developed a huge aversion to fortiflora when dhe had p-tits last spring. Before that dhe LOVED it. The binder isn't an issue most of the time, but once in a while dhe just says "No way!"

Love the spark in her eyes! Sure is nice to see. Happy for Trixie. Happy for you. And she's eating and sorta zooming. Very good, very good.

Snuggle pictures! So great. Makes me remember Polly's smush piles with my tuxie boys. She adored them and they tolerated her with snuggles and grooming. Of course, since they've each crossed to the Bridge, Miss Polly's had to settle for me for scritches which isn't altogether a bad thing!

Here, the fluiding goes pretty well. Boomer's just a wee lad and I can hold him down without too much trouble. It's the catching him that proves challenging! And that danged long, cotton candy fur! Hard to find skin.

Still sending light for your dad and whole family.

Marilyn and Polly

That's such a sweet picture. I love hearing about the zoomies. I hope she'll decide to eat the fuds with the binder soon. Keeping your dad in my prayers.

Awww, such a cute pic Amy :-D Zoomie, feisty, sparky mood  love it. Hope you ladies are having a nice afternoon!
