Gaaaaah, stupid bounces  The last few days Papaya has given me a green AMPS (woohoo) which then shoots way up (booooo). Then PMPS is stinky pinky, which sliiiiiides all the way down to green for the next AMPS, and . . . boing.
I set my alarm to wake up and get a +8 last night since it seems she's going low very late in the cycle. Papaya was all squinty-eyed and "why are you turning on the light in the middle of the night, crazy lady?" She was down to 73 (after a PMPS of 362 and a +5 of 116). I had fed her half a tablespoon at +5 and did the same thing when I got the 73 since it was likely going to keep sliding right to AMPS. She may have thought it was a weird time for a snack but gobbled it down anyway - no appetite problems with Papaya!
So today when I got the AMPS of 288 I thought oh, good, maybe problem solved with that late test and feeding, she will have a normal AM cycle where she actually goes down instead of up. Nope. Way up there again and clearly feeling lousy.
I know what she`s doing, but don`t know how to stop it. Overall, she at least hasn't hit black and is getting lots of blue and green, but these inverted AM cycles are annoying!
Enjoy the long weekend, fellow Canucks!
