Good Morning Lantus Land!
Getting ready for a long day at work, need
After some low numbers last night at +1.5 (61) and +3 (51), gave him some LC food to steer him up so I could get some sleep. Numbers rose at +4 (88) and this morning a bounce.

Did this mean hold the 2.5u dose? Or the 2.25u we shot last night?
We fly out on Friday, so will do the normal AM stuff. Neighbor will do the PM and next 9 days. Should we lower the dose at the AM shot? Or shoot the normal dose? We'd only be able to get a +1 test that day, then off to the airport.
Opinions, advice, greatly appreciated

I think you should see how it goes over the next few days and then ask someone like Sienne who has had to leave before. I can't remember if she drops Gabby's dose by half or how much exactly. But first see where he is as you get closer to leaving.
