Completely frustrated!! Went out on friend's boat and they promised we would be home in time for shot. Well, we were 2 hours late!

Bummer on being late for a shot! That's my worst nightmare. I always get super stressed when I'm not home and it's close to shot time. If Hyde is over 400 at +11 tomorrow morning, you could probably shoot then. This isn't something you can do continuously, but will help at least get you an hour closer.

Yesterday I said I'd post a couple of articles for you, then I promptly fell asleep on the couch with a cat. Anyway, here they are. IBD can turn into lymphoma.

I went sailing with friends once as well - got home about 3 hrs late for the shot. Fortunately, Spartacus wasn't too much on the moon, but it certainly throws everything off for a few days until you get settled back in where you need to be.
