@Wendy&Neko , I am just now seeing your message about dropping to 4.75. I didn’t drop but stayed at 5L. Can you look at George’s numbers and let me know what you think? Should we drop his #s down further or stay at 5L. Do you think the Cabergoline is helping him? Curious what you think is going on with his #s. Thank you!!!

Since you are seeing safe greens, I might stick at 5 units now. If he loses green nadirs, then he might need an increase. Anything below 50 is a sign he needs a reduction. The last time might have had a bit of the 5.5 unit depot influencing it.

As for the question on cabergoline helping, it's hard to tell. It could also be that he hit a dose that helped overcome some glucose toxicity he was experiencing. Or the acro tumour slowing down on it's own. So hard to say which is the reason his dose needs have dropped.
