Yesterday's Condo

Gabby surfed well overnight. She's been all cuddles with some BTB time this morning. Even Gizmo decided to crash on the bed (vs. his many places -- cat tree, bench in the bedroom, my closet, floor). It seems like a good way to spend a Saturday morning.

Alright, I'll be the voice of reason here. I think Gabby and Gizmo were plotting against you this morning.

Hey, let's get all cuddly on the bed so that the human gets warm, comfortable, and sleepy. Then I'll throw some low greens so she has to force her now-sleepy & -lazy self out of bed and do the lather-rinse-repeat routine. In her sleepy state, she'll be more vulnerable to whatever plans we may have for her ultimate demise. ~ Gabby

It's not Gabby that plots. I think she knows that I've had a difficult few months and she's been especially affectionate. Gizmo, on the other hand, is an adolescent and it's all about him. He's usually affectionate but he's also a very active boy and quite capable of getting underfoot.

I completely understand what you mean about Gizmo. My Minnie is the same way. Last night, she thought 1:30 a.m. was play time, and apparently all play must include bouncing across my stomach as I attempt to sleep. Thank goodness DH had a pot of coffee ready for me this morning. ~O)

Gabby, you are looking beautiful in green today! What a lovely way to make your bean feel better - a nice, safe surf and lots of snuggles!! You are a total sweetie! :mrgreen:

Gizmo, it seems you've discovered Gabby's secret - the bed is really the most comfy place to crash. So don't mess it up by teasing her - she might banish you! ;-)
