I think mirt lasts for 48 hours. I would be cautious about ondansetron until the morning. Get some things and I hope things improve in the morning.

See table under Results section in this paper. Mirtazapine half life is around 9 hours in the cat. Serotonin effects are not a worry with ondansetron, see this paper.

Thanks so much everyone. I am so grateful to be part of this community. All of your advice and the support has helped soooo much, in figuring out what to do, keeping me focused, and frankly just helping me keep it together.
I just did another 10ml (5ml food/5ml water) syringe. She seemed reasonably cool with it. Certainly not fighting me.
Time for a bit of sleep.

Oh Lyla I feel so awful for Butters, You must be exhausted, try and take a little nap.
I'm praying that she will soon eat a little on her own and the pain meds
