Hoot is a bit restless this morning. Not really eating, but did clean up Sissy's puke, so I guess that counts :roll: :lol: All 5 P's are good and he feels good, just grumpy :-x
I had the windows open for the first time this morning and he wanted out real bad :sad: So we just got back from a walk with the harness. I took him yesterday too and he's getting pretty good. Still, it's just not the same and he really hates it. His attitude is getting very cranky, especially towards Sissy :sad: Poor Sissy, wouldn't hurt a flea and he keeps trying to beat her up. I hope DH gets the catio built real soon, but his shift changed so who knows when that will happen :roll: I just hate to see Hoot so frustrated, poor baby. I wish I lived in the woods with no "Cat feeding neighbors" :evil: :evil: :evil: and he could just come and go as he pleased like he used to :sad:
He is eating now which makes me happy :-D

Poor HMG - the outdoors is calling.
Believe me, I feel like an axe-murderer when I can't let my cats out.
But you're making the right call for him.

I find that when I can't let my cat Buddy Love out, he displaces his aggression to Grayson.
This morning I got between them and got a swipe across my shin.
A couple minutes later they were peacefully napping, and I was wearing a Band-Aid.

Hi Pam. Nice slow slide out oftheyellow zone by Hoot this morning. Bummer that you can't let him outside on his own when he likes it so much. He's going to really enjoy the catio when it's built.

I hope you can get the catio built soon. I wish we could explain things to our kitties about how what we're doing is for their own good and they'd understand.

Hi Pam,

I think our furbabies can smell this beautiful weather, and want out!! Hope Hoot's attitude improves, and he gives Sissy a break :-D :-D

Nice slide for Hoot into beautiful blue! Cleo, on the other hand, has decided she likes pink! :sad:

Holy Catfish :o Where did that 351 come from??? Well, I think it was a food spike :roll: He didn't eat much today, and then at +10 was starving. I was chopping up his dehydrated chicken and he was practically climbing up my leg (should have done it after shot time) so I was giving him some little pieces while I was chopping.
I am now wondering why the dehydrated chx spiked him so much. Anyway, I don't think it was a bounce. Nothing to bounce from. But he is sliding down nicely now.

HMG is a frustrated little man these days :twisted: All 3 cats have always got along so good so this is really out of the ordinary, and poor Sissy is like "WHAT???"

I know that he will be much better when he can come and go on the new catio!! Sissy says "Hurry Daddy Bean"

Hi, Pam, that pmps spike was short-lived! Chicken? Perhaps. Will you ever know why? Probably not.
Kitties ~ always like to keep us guessing.

We all have our share of whacky numbers. They seem to come in batches. Rusty is having them right now, too.
Sorry that Hoot can't go out on his own any more, but he is really going to like that catio when it is finished.

p.s. sorry about your Rays, but happy for the Red Sox (my AL team: they give me something to root for when my Mets are not doing well---which is most of the time. As a Mets fan I couldn't possibly root for the Yankees! :lol: )

I know, thats what I thought...Chicken???? But thats all he had to eat so who knows :roll: You're right, we will never know :roll:

Trix is having a whacky number night, too. The kitties must be sneaking behind our backs somewhere! It looks like Hoot is working through his bounce, though. Have a great night guys...and no picking Sissy, Hoot!
