Good Morning LL,
Many prayers up for all our LL friends from this weekend.
Attie is starting off green this morning. Eye's bright, tail up, litterbox used, kibble bowls inspected and now time to watch the sunrise.

Busy day for me, but I am taking my camera with me. It is to be peak season here for autumnal color and Lantus Land it is one of those autumn's with an explosion of color! Last time we had color this grand was in 2006. The week of cold rain, then the week of Indian Summer have given the last of summer's energy to paint with a broad brush mother natures finest colors. Yellow, red, orange and even purples dance all around you. By next weekend...it will all be over and I'll have to go find my rake.
Then the October winds will blow, leaves will fall, and both cats and dogs in their first autumn's will chase the cruchy leaves across the lawn trying catch their prey. Only to find that initial bite leaves them with mouth full of bitterness. A reminder that a very cold and bitter winter is waiting his signal to return....
