Hi Everyone,

Another late start today. Another morning of sleeping in to combat the last dregs of the bad cold. Rusty snoozed on the couch with me. He ate all his nighttime food and all of his breakfast and most of his lunch, which he just finished at +9.

We had to do errands and shopping in Lake Placid this afternoon. We bought a bale of straw
to use as mulch for planting garlic. Last year's garlic never came up and may have been dug up and eaten by skunks.

I hope all is well in LL and will visit some condos over the course of the evening. Healing vines to all in need.

Healing vines to you too - I'm hope that virus is packing it's bags.

Hay for garlic - good idea. It's time to plant it here too. We have to worry about squirrels going after the bulbs.

Sorry, the thought of skunks digging up and eating garlic just seems to be piling on when it comes to pungent odors! Good luck with this year's crop. (of garlic, not skunks although they are cute little buggers)

Great day for Rusty! A little dip in the lagoon, nothing dramatic. :mrgreen: Thank you for visiting our guy today, he's had a bit if a tough one. We loved the movie The Lives of Others, it was fascinating. Thank you for sharing your stories of living in Berlin. What a crazy time. Sending tons of vines for you two to get completely over those nasty colds.
