10/1 Mac AMPS 85 +1.75 77 +2.5 83 +4 85 +5 80 +7 132 PMPS 298 +2.5 277 +4.5 239

What a positive change in his ss. Good job controlling the cycles. Is it less stressful?
A little less stressful :). Now that he has lower AMPS I needed to make sure he ate in the morning so he didn't crash so fast and then bounce. I may have overmanaged this morning as he is now 132 at +7. Would you advise to only feed at +2 if he is below 70, etc. Seems I kept him surfing around 80 but then it jumped up at +7.

I am thrilled with his numbers. He is happier! Nasal drip gone and noisy lungs too! (did you know higher blood glucose produces excess mucus in the body?)

Limes during day are better than limes at night :).

Thank you for helping him get to this point!:bighug:

I’d feed lc the first half of the cycle as it should not raise the bg. I use to stop at +4-5 if not dropping but Max did have his nadir the first half. Would not wait until +3 to feed like you did on night of 9/29 as he seems to onset before that. I so agree about lows during the day vs at night. I remember pj parties when I was up at 1-3 a.m. with nobody to talk with and it was not fun!

Regarding lime nights…my husband is a night owl (we’re retired) and he stays up to 3:00 am so he likes it when I have to stay up with Mac! . I wouldn’t mind too much if I didn’t need to be back up at 6:30 for morning shot!

thanks again for the advice!
