Was not sure what food to give at +5, (just LC or a little Karo mixed in), but was afraid she would drop further. Gave 1oz. LC and added 4 drops Karo equal to about 1/8 tsp.

Thanks, I was not sure I would get a response right away, so I gave hear a few drops Karo in food. She has not been this low in a long time, so I was not sure.

Oh well, I will check her again at +6. I just ordered supplies today, enough for 6 months and I am running low on lancets. Hate to think I will run out now with this episode and have to go to Walmart after I just bought 800 lancets online along with everything else.

A women after my own heart, super stocked up! I was lucky that my local Safeway pharmacy had the cheapest lancets and syringes of anyone, and a fairly quiet pharmacy.

I was going to comment on what to feed (Karo is probably overkill), but I noticed the spreadsheet is not up to date. Ahem!

A women after my own heart, super stocked up! I was lucky that my local Safeway pharmacy had the cheapest lancets and syringes of anyone, and a fairly quiet pharmacy.

I was going to comment on what to feed (Karo is probably overkill), but I noticed the spreadsheet is not up to date. Ahem!

Yeah, she only ate about 2/3 of the food, so probably only got about 2-3 drops Karo in her. My life is falling apart at this point, so updating her spreadsheet is about #5 on my list.

I have 6 lancets left and my order arrives Friday to make this more annoying, I threw a few out in the last week or so because I could not remember if I left the old lancet in or preloaded a new one for next test, so to be safe I might have tossed 3 or 4 good ones because I couldn’t remember if they were used ones or not, because, hey they are cheap and you never run out of lancets, right?

I checked the box my meter came in and it came with 10 lancets and I also found an extra 10 test strips! Lancets are 33gauge, those are awful thin needles, but will tide me over til Friday.
