Usually Zazzy reads in the mid-200s preshot. Not sure why the drop today (they did miss lunch due to me working and hubby being out of town). Test again in 30 and see if she shoots then? She's currently eating as she was acting starving from missing lunch.
 
If you test again in 30 minutes that number will be food influenced. When you stall you shouldn't feed so you can see what the numbers are without food bumping them up. You'll need to decide whether to shoot or not based on the 114. Are you able to stay up and test tonight? Do you have plenty of testing supplies and HC food and karo or honey in case you need them?
 
I can't guarantee how long I'll be able to stay up to test tonight. If I had been able to do a curve before now I might feel more comfortable shooting but I haven't been home long enough to do a curve since we started insulin. I think I'll stall for tonight since that number is over 100 below what she's been at and is unusual. I'll still test a couple times tonight but I'll retest AMPS and pick back up then from the sounds of it.
 
I think under the circumstances that is a good decision. You've not had a chance to shoot this low of a number and don't know what she'll do. You'll get another opportunity. You should probably get a +1 and a +2 since the depot may still be in play tonight.
